​Venture Pass Partners is pleased to be partnering with Rohn Industries, a Saint Paul based recycling solutions company https://rohnindustries.com/ to develop a  trailer storage facility to support their growing business.  Rohn Industries is in need of additional trailer storage to augment operations associated with their current recycling facility at 862 Hersey Street, where they currently have 80 living-wage employees.  Venture Pass Partners assisted Rohn Industries in securing a properly zoned and strategically located site. We are currently navigating through the City approvals and other regulatory processes including enrollment in the Minnesota Pollution Control Agency’s Voluntary Investigation and Cleanup Program (VIC) to address the current environmental impairments in the safest manner feasible.  Venture Pass’s staff has extensive experience in brownfield redevelopment on numerous Midway area industrial projects including Westgate, Kasota Business Center, Midway Innovation Center and  University Avenue Industrial Park.
